sushi counter

Our counter is chef-led but fully flexible. Choose an omakase set, order entirely à la carte, or build your meal piece by piece with nigiri, hand rolls, and daily specials. There is no required format, just a direct, personal sushi counter experience that can move quickly or unfold at your pace.

An empty modern bar or restaurant with a dark marble countertop, decorative wallpaper with floral patterns, and minimal lighting.

standing sake bar

A blue-lit bar counter with a marble top, shelves with bottles and glasses, some posters on the wall, and a security camera on the ceiling.

The standing sake bar gives guests a place to drink, gather, and ease into the experience before or after the counter. Stop in while you wait, meet a friend for a quick pour, or continue the night after your meal. With sake, wine, beer, and a sake flight on the menu, it gives guests another way to experience Tachi beyond the sushi counter.
